This is another place that I found some good how to color lineart. There's even tutorials that show you how to make smoke, rain, etc.

HTML and Design links
Photoshop may be expensive but it's good, stable and the commands, tools and menus are neatly laid out. Worth it, especially for comic coloring.

The OS doesn't have to be constanyly reinstalled, is not bothered by Windows viruses and the OS does what it's supposed to do, operate .
